Precision at Every Step

From steel billet to finished, packaged bearing — our 7-step manufacturing process combines decades of expertise with modern CNC technology to guarantee performance at the tightest tolerances.

Our Manufacturing Process

Every step is controlled, documented, and verified. No shortcuts. No compromises. This is how a TBC bearing is born.

01 / Material

Raw Material Selection

We source only SAE 52100 / EN31 high-carbon chromium steel from certified mills. Every batch undergoes incoming chemical composition and hardness verification.

02 / Forming

Forging & Turning

Steel billets are hot-forged for optimal grain flow, then CNC-rough-turned to within 0.3mm of final dimensions, minimizing material removal in precision operations.

03 / Hardening

Controlled Heat Treatment

Rings and rollers undergo controlled atmosphere hardening in our dedicated furnace line. Target hardness: 60–65 HRC. Dimensional distortion monitored at every batch.

04 / Grinding

CNC Precision Grinding

CBN and aluminum-oxide grinding machines achieve surface finishes of Ra 0.1–0.4 µm and tolerances within ABEC 3–ABEC 5 levels, with in-process digital gauging.

05 / Assembly

Cage Assembly & Grease Filling

Rolling elements are precision-matched to rings. Cages (steel, brass, or polyamide) are assembled under controlled conditions. Sealed bearings filled with matched high-performance grease.

06 / Quality

Final Inspection & Testing

100% dimensional inspection with CMM roundness testers. Noise/vibration classification on electric spindle rigs per ISO 15242. Every bearing receives a unique batch traceability code.

07 / Dispatch

VCI Packaging & Dispatch

Bearings are VCI-film wrapped, individually boxed with full specifications, and outer-carton packed with batch records. Ready to dispatch within 24–48 hours.

Anatomy of a TBC Bearing

Every TBC ball bearing is an assembly of five precision-machined components. Explore the exploded view to understand how each layer contributes to performance, load capacity, and longevity.
